The larger 12yd3  and 16yd3  skips are ideally suited for lighter, bulkier  wastes, particularly useful for house and office clearances, or shop and office refurbishments.

Enclosed/ Covered/ Lockable Skips

An alternative to the open skip and particularly beneficial for commercial and industrial applications.  A covered skip will ensure

  • A reduction in odor
  • Eliminates unauthorized filling of your skip
  • Protects against theft (for high value load such as scrap)
  • Protects against wind blow and rain
  • Eliminates rodent and insect problems
  • Eliminates potential fire threats
  • Eliminates vandalism threats (people removing items to throw)
  • Compliance with COSHH legislation for asbestos and other hazardous materials

These skips are particularly useful if you are working on projects in pedestrianised shopping areas, where most Local Authorities insist on lockable skips if they are to be kept on site overnight; otherwise the skips have to be removed and re-sited on a daily basis.

Covered/ lockable skips are available across the size range.

Front End Loading Bins (FEL’s)

For larger volumes of waste or recyclables, an FEL bin is the ideal solution.  At 8yd3,  these bins have the same capacity as a builders skip but because of their unique application they are approximately 50% cheaper.

These bins are fully enclosed and lockable for your convenience, and can easily be moved while on site with a standard fork lift, or skip vehicle making them ideal for use inside or outside a building.

These bins are usually serviced on a ‘scheduled’ basis, either weekly or fortnightly dependent upon your volumes

Wheelie Bins

An increasingly popular and flexible method of collecting and storing smaller quantities of waste and recyclables, especially if you have limited access or no room to permanently site a skip.

Wheelie bins are available in a variety of sizes to suit most applications, and can be specified with lockable lids if required.

Wheelie bins are emptied on a ‘scheduled’ service either weekly or fortnightly depending upon your volumes.

Wheelie bins are made from a high density plastic material making them strong but light enough to move by one person; making them ideal for indoor or outside use.

Roll On – Roll Off Containers (Ro Ro’s)

For larger jobs, roll on roll off containers are ideal.  Our latest vehicles run at 44 tonnes to enable delivery, collection or exchange of these bins two at a time, ideal when longer distances are involved.

These containers are available in a variety of sizes to suit all applications from 15yd3 to 40yd3.

The 15yd3 containers are ideal for the more dense materials such as soil and hardore, the low sides and wide opening rear doors make them easy to load either by hand, by machine or by dumper.

The 30yd3 and 40yd3 containers are best suited for lighter, bulkier materials such as timber, general mixed wastes, plasterboard, scrap, plastics and other recyclables.

On a pound for pound basis, ro ro’s are the most economical method of transport and disposing of larger quantities of loose materials.
